This is an excellent way of making your children enjoy the fun side of cooking and eating while teaching them basic cooking skills. You can even make artworks with their fruits and veggies. Invite you to make the most visually attractive food. Fruits and vegetables are colorful ingredients already. Everything you need is creativity in plating and serving. Children love dips. Why not create a delicious, low-fat veggie dip to eat greens and fruits?
Don’t pot your children to eat their veggies.
Contrary to popular beliefs, bribing children can do more harm than good to eat their vegetables. Don’t trade in rewards with your children, such as complete sucrose desserts after eating vegetables. This will only increase hostile food groups where vegetables are demands and desserts are fun and delicious rewards. These negative associations with children tend to lead to adulthood. Simply encourage them to eat a bite. Don’t give up. Don’t give up. You might not like it right away, but you won’t hate it forever.
