The family generally likes to eat healthily. They love fruit, yogurt, milk, and cereals. But unfortunately, they often want these foods because of the vast amount of chocolates they see and offer everywhere, instead of refusing the healthy foods they are served.
But you can easily make your Family eat healthy food with some simple tricks, sometimes without notice:

⦁ Make desserts, candies, and chips a great treat to eat healthy food

Trick #1: Hide your Family’s veggies in the food
⦁ Cut vegetables finely and pack into meatballs or meatballs. Your child isn’t even going to notice that they’re there. Mushrooms and eggplants, in particular, can hardly be seen as they use the same color as meat. You can also use this trick when making a burger with your hacked heart.
