The best Seven Tips For Super Health

What is natural health, and how do we achieve it? Getting your weight down, exercising each day, eating a balanced diet – is that healthy? Here are seven super health tips I have received from my health trip.
Super Health Tip # 1 — Get a 2nd Opinion – Your Own. Three critical facts about doctors today. First, they have little nutritional training or how to prevent or cure illnesses. Secondly, they treat your symptoms, not the cause, and thirdly, statistics show that 94% are paid for prescribing drugs – 3 good reasons for a second view.
Tip for Super Health #2 – Balance is critical. A stool has three legs—only one or two, and you’re falling over. What you eat determines your health by 70%. Exercise determines 20% – do something. Your health environment, thinking and feeling, and social network is 10 percent internal and external.
Tip #3: Find Super Foods. Super Health. Whole foods provide a better diet, more energy, and build a more robust immune system. Eat whole grains and bread seeds, wheat germ, bran, and yeast of brewery. Eat fruit and vegetables, drink green smoothies, and add 2 or 3 green veggies to the fruit smoothies. Enter into your lifestyle what you learn.
Tip # 6: Health is a Journey Super Health Tip. Your body is miraculously durable. You can recover from obesity, alcoholism, toxicity, and abuse. Your health is always determined by what you do in your last three months. Commit yourselves and become healthier, live in your 80s and 90s, and even 100s with joy, zeal, and limited energy.
